Cabrillo National Monument

Event Details

This Saturday we’ll head south for a ride to Cabrillo National Monument. Highlights along the route include the Rose Canyon Bike Path, Sunset Cliffs Blvd, scenic Point Loma streets, and the beautiful views of downtown San Diego at our destination. Those wishing to cut 24 miles may choose to park at the Torrey Pines Glider Port.  Optional challenges include a shortcut through Hill St (A hill!) and a detour to visit the tide pools (so worth it!).

ADMISSION: If you have an annual Cabrillo pass, bring it along – it will provide admission for you and 3 other cyclists. There are usually enough passes to cover everyone, but in the unlikely event you need one, a 1-day; cyclist pass is $10 at the gate. Cash is not accepted so bring a credit card.

IMPORTANT: Please download your route of choice to your GPS bike computer!
