RIDE CANCELED: Due to the imminent weather, we will not have an official Sunday LSD ride. We encourage everyone to take the day off and be mindful of the impact the storm may have on your surrounding areas.
We’ll be keeping it nice and flat, heading up the coast to Oceanside Harbor and then down to Torrey Pines (ok, maybe the ride won’t be perfectly flat…). As usual, we’ll roll from Lofty Coffee La Costa at 8:00.
LSD stands for Long Steady Distance. The goal is a steady state ride at B and C levels. That means staying in Zone 2 … a conversation-paced ride. No surging or attacking.
