This Sunday we’ll head south to do Del Mar Mesa at an LSD style effort. The rest stop is the gas station off the 56 bike path at Camino del Sur.

LSD stands for Long Steady Distance. The goal is a steady state ride at B and C levels. That means staying in zone 2 on the flats as well as on the little pitches … a conversation-paced ride. No surging or attacking.
