Juniors DET Race Report: UCLA Road Race

It was cold and windy at the devil’s punchbowl. McKenzie Steiner was present for the women’s 3/4 race. McKenzie and three other women lifted the pace early in the race, creating the eventual race winning break. One rider dropped at the end of the first lap, leaving the three remaining riders to time trial off the front. In the end, the top three riders were up by about 4 minutes. Mckenzie topped the other two racers with a strong jump to the finish line.
